ROLLOUTS INCORPORATED / E-TECHNICIANS.NET PRIVACY POLICY

Information Collection & Use

Registration

To use this Web site, you must first complete the registration form. During registration you need to provide contact information, including name and email address so that we can contact you to perform services on behalf of Rollouts Incorporated (“Rollouts”).

From time to time, you may receive emails or phone inquiries from Rollouts regarding your availability to work on projects. You will, of course, be free to accept or reject any such requests. You may also receive email updates affecting all independent contractor technicians that have registered with Rollouts / e-Technicians.net. Those emails will provide information you may need to consider when working on behalf of Rollouts.

You may notify us by email at e-techservices@rollouts.com if and when you want to stop receiving emails and/or telephone requests for you to perform services on behalf of Rollouts.

Rollouts collects personally identifiable information from users on our Web site and is the sole owner of the information collected on e-Technicians.net.

Application Forms

If you use our Web site to apply to become an e-Technician (an independent contractor technician performing work on behalf of Rollouts), we require that you provide certain personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number, and Social Security or taxpayer identification number. We need this information to process your application and to contact you.

Social Security Numbers

We require your social security number or taxpayer identification number so that Rollouts may provide information required by federal and state tax authorities. When you enter your social security or taxpayer identification number we make reasonable attempts to disclose this number only to government authorities who require this number or others to which you authorize us to disclose this number.

Surveys or Contests

From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).

We use this information to better serve e-Technicians through our Web site. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice, except in cases in which we are required by law or order of a proper governmental authority to do so.

Uses of Information

The fundamental purpose served by the e-Technicians.net Web site is to initiate and conduct the independent contractor relationship between Rollouts and its network of independent contractor technicians. Rollouts uses this information to determine which independent contractor technicians may be available to perform services on behalf of Rollouts. Rollouts collects information regarding e-Technicians’ skills and location so that Rollouts can match its customers’ requirements with e-Technicians having appropriate skills to meet those needs in a geographic area close to the customer’s work site. Then Rollouts uses the information to engage the e-Technician and dispatch that independent contractor technician to the work site.

Communications from the Site

Start Up

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email and/or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

Profile

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files and/or third party sources to create a “profile” of your preferences and skills. We tie your personally identifiable information to information in the profile, to provide tailored offers and to improve the content of the site for you.

We do not share your profile with third parties except to the extent necessary to match your skills and location to the skills required by our customers at a particular location. Ordinarily, Rollouts maintains direct contact with e-Technicians and Rollouts’ customers do not make direct contact with the e-Technicians except as may be necessary on site. Under certain circumstances, however, we may provide customers contact information that will allow them to contact you directly, usually as a way to make sure that project communication flows efficiently. Sometimes, Rollouts will provide permission for a customer to contact an e-Technician directly to perform follow-on work for that customer that is not part of a larger project in which Rollouts is involved. If you object to Rollouts providing your contact information in this way, please contact us at e-techservices@rollouts.com.

Supplementation of Information

To provide certain services to our customers, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submitted to us with information from third party sources. For example, some customers require background checks and/or drug testing. Rollouts will maintain records regarding the results of any such tests associated with information you provide through the Web site.

Credit or Background Check

To determine if you qualify for one of our projects, we may use your name and social security number to request a background check or credit report. Rollouts will request your written authorization before conducting a background check or credit report. An authorized third party will conduct any background check or credit report.

Drug Testing

Rollouts customers may require independent contractor technicians to work on projects who have passed a drug screening test. Rollouts will request your written authorization before conducting a drug screening test. An authorized third party will conduct any drug screening test.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)

We share aggregated demographic information about our e-Technicians with our customers, potential customers and other third parties such as our bank and other advisers. This information does not identify individual users.

We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

Personally identifiable information:

We Share Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties

As described above, Rollouts may share contact information with customers. Also, Rollouts shares personally identifiable information with its customers and with service providers conducting background checks, credit checks and drug testing. Rollouts will not, however, conduct background checks, credit checks or drug testing on you without your permission.

Legal Disclaimer

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site

Log Files

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information for internal purposes. We analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements around the site and gather aggregated demographic information about our user base as a whole. We link automatically collected take to personally identifiable information so that Rollouts knows who has accessed the e-Technicans.net Web site and when that access occurred.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser. We set a persistent cookie to store your passwords, so you don’t have to enter it more than once.

If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, such as contests or surveys, will be limited.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire to be a part of our service, you may correct, update, or deactivate it by clicking Unsubscribe or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

Security

The security of your personal and business information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as taxpayer identification number and/or social security number) Rollouts uses reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of that information.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Business Transitions

In the event Rollouts Incorporated goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.

Changes in this Privacy Statement

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
